Influencer Anna Lewandowska reveals plans for a new 'wellness paradise' called Edan Studios in Barcelona

27 Mar 2024 Fitness influencer and karate champion, Anna Lewandowska, has announced the launch of a multi-concept boutique in Barcelona called Edan Studios based on HIIT, Pilates and dance.

Lewandowska has signed franchise agreements for two Holmes Place Brands concepts – HIIT-based TRIB3 and Reformer brand PILAT3S to deliver the first two elements, while dance classes will be designed by Lewandowska and include Latin, bachata and reggaeton and inspire a joy of moving to music.

There will also be a separate area for an Edan Healthy Kitchen.

Welcoming all levels of fitness, the studio wants to give members the opportunity to belong to an inclusive and community-driven space where they can forget their problems and evolve through a journey where wellbeing, care and belonging are the core focus.

Lewandowska is the founder of five fitness and wellness companies based around living a healthy lifestyle – including Foods by Ann – and has a social media following of 5.6 million people.

Holmes Place Brands also consulted on the project, supporting the brand creation, product definition and offering overall project management.

Jonathan Fisher, CEO of Holmes Place Brands who was personally involved the conceptualisation of the new studio, said: "From the first conversation we had with Anna and the challenge she presented, it became clear how we could collaborate.

"Anna sought to make a dream come true by uniting all her passions and disciplines in one place and we had the tools to help developed it, providing a team of experts consultants with experience and know-how in the sector and two boutique brands from our portfolio.

"It's great to witness dynamic and inspiring entrepreneurs, such as Anna, who follow their passion, identify gaps in the market and make things happen," said Fisher.

Scheduled to open in September in the Eixample District of Barcelona, the 1,000sq m club will have a gym that includes both Technogym and Life Fitness equipment, while 4F will be the retail partner, providing a selection exclusive sportswear and accessories.

Personal training services will be offered, along with special events, including signature Anna Lewandowska bootcamp-style training, dance showrooms and brand partnerships with Lewandowska's portfolio of products.

“Edan Studios is more than just a place to work out, it's a wellness paradise that reconnects to the part of you that loves to move together with music,” said Lewandowska. “A place where members can access personalised services, group training, engaging events and a supportive community of people who are committed to their personal growth and success."

Lewandowska moved to Barcelona from Poland with her husband pro footballer, FC Barcelona's Robert Lewandowski two years ago and has settled in the city.
