TheLifeCo Well-being to launch first Caribbean retreat centre as part of major wellness project

25 Jul 2024
Retreat brand TheLifeCo Well-being will make its Caribbean debut in Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia, in 2025, as part of the Caribbean Jewel Seven Wonders project (CJSW).

Since 2005, TheLifeCo has hosted retreat programmes focused on nutrition, exercise and mental and spiritual wellbeing in its existing centres in Bodrum and Antalya (Turkiye), and Phuket (Thailand). The facilities offer a range of detox and healthy nutrition programmes lasting from four to 21 days.

Named TheLifeCo Well-being Saint Lucia, the upcoming centre will be part of CJSW’s 523-room wellness-oriented resort, combining established holistic practices with biohacking therapies. The company says the facility will bring an elevated standard of wellness services to the region and offer a comprehensive range of high-end amenities and services tailored to help balance psychological and emotional wellbeing.

Ersin Pamuksuzer, TheLifeCo CEO and founder, said: "We’re very much looking forward to opening Saint Lucia’s first international wellness centre powered by our 20 years of holistic wellness experience. The centre will have a special emphasis on next-generation wellness and cutting-edge biohacking therapies in addition to our signature programmes."

Guests at the Saint Lucia outpost will be encouraged to enhance their experience by taking part in yoga, fitness, PT sessions, meditation, breathwork, workshops, retreats on various topics and mental health support programmes.

Pamuksuzer added: "We’re also preparing to hold continuous themed retreats with the best names of the wellness world in Saint Lucia to make it the holistic wellness destination for wellness enthusiasts from US, Canada, central Europe and Latin America."

The CJSW project
In December, the Government of Saint Lucia and Invest Saint Lucia finalised a deal with Atlas Group to realise the CJSW project.

Split into seven different areas, the development is set to become the largest property in Mount Pimard in Gros-Islet. The project will be carried out in phases and the first phase is anticipated to be completed by 2025.
