Spas of America crowns Top 100 Spas of 2024 – Spa at Séc-he leads rankings for second year running

10 Jan 2025 Spa and wellness travel website Spas of America has released its Top 100 Spas of 2024 to showcase the continent's most sought-after destinations for relaxation and rejuvenation. This year’s honorees include 82 spas in the US, 15 in Canada and three in Mexico.

Leading the list are:
1. The Spa at Séc-he, Palm Springs, CA.
2. Lorelei Spa, Sunseeker Resort, Charlotte Harbor, FL.
3. Lapis Spa & Wellness, Fontainebleau, Las Vegas, NV.
4. Skʌa:nʌá (Skana): The Spa at Turning Stone, Verona, NY.
5. The Spa at Beau Rivage - Biloxi, MS.

The winners are determined based on unique page views and customer choices on Spas of America’s platform, with all qualifying spas maintaining an average Google Review rating of 4.0 or higher. This year, the average rating of the top 100 spas was 4.53.

Craig Oliver, Spas of America president, said: “Our latest findings reveal a renewed love for classic spa resorts alongside the excitement of discovering new types of wellness destinations. Spas that emphasise the importance of fresh air and a connection to nature – such as Nordic, mineral hot springs and mountain retreats – remain especially popular.

"Casino spa properties also proved to be a big draw this year, with consumers drawn to the allure of spa and wellness in an exciting entertainment setting."

A crown jewel in Palm Springs
Ranked #1 for the second year, The Spa at Séc-he is a 40,000sq ft hot springs haven inspired by the ancient healing waters of the area’s 12,000-year-old Agua Caliente Hot Mineral Spring. Launched in April 2023, the facility is home to 22 private mineral baths, gender-specific bathhouses, 15 treatment rooms, a salon, fitness facilities and outdoor mineral pools.
